Anti-static floor with HPL finish

The panel is made of high quality deep stretch coil steel sheet and SPCC steel sheet，which is punched, spot-welded, coated with epoxy powder after has been phosphorated. The panel is filled with foamed cement inside. After being kept for a period of time, it forms a stable support structure. The top steel sheet is stuck with anti-wear and antistatic HPL And the panel is installed with stringer and pedestal.

 

	Panel without edge trim, it leaves wery tiny seam during floor installation as the panel is without edge trim, the panel can be applied to high-computer room and place where requirement on antistatic or many wires.
	"F"edge trim is inseted in between the steel panel and the surface finish. The inserted "F"edge trim is very firm and stable. Panel with"F" edge trim creates perfect installation effect with tiny seam, which can be applied to high-computer room and place where requirement on antistatic or many wires.

Structure
The riased access floor system is composed of floor, stringer, and supports supplying high load & antistatic working surface and room for laying all kinds of wires at lower place. It is permitted to install wiring box and ground plug on the ground. Wires can be placed under floor and height of support can be adjusted at will. Connect the beam and support whose height can be adjusted into a firm upper systerr Insert floor into panes which are enclosed by stringers.
